Allure Furniture is a young, growing, independently owned showroom in Dublin, California. We're building a team of people who genuinely care about design, hospitality, and doing right by customers.
Life at Allure
Allure is a small team in a curated luxury showroom, which means the work is personal. You'll learn the collection deeply, from how an American Leather Comfort Sleeper is engineered to why a Bracci hide feels the way it does. You'll serve customers the way we'd want to be served: espresso first, listening second, selling last. And because the company opened in December 2024 and is growing, early team members shape what this place becomes.
Who We Look For
Backgrounds vary; the traits don't. We look for:
- Genuine interest in furniture, interiors, and design
- Warmth and hospitality that doesn't need a script
- Patience for considered, high-trust purchases
- Honesty, including telling a customer when something isn't the right fit
- Attention to detail in orders, specifications, and follow-through
- Bilingual skills are valued; Spanish-speaking service is part of how we serve our community
Roles We Hire
Depending on growth and season, roles include design sales consultants, interior designers for the Design Center, showroom and operations coordinators, and delivery and warehouse coordination.
