Return Policy & Cancellations

All sales are final. Here's why, and here's how we protect you anyway.

Allure Furniture operates on a final-sale basis. We state that plainly because we'd rather earn your confidence before the purchase than manage disappointment after it. This page explains the policy, the reasoning, and every safeguard built around it.

Our Policy, Plainly

All sales at Allure Furniture are final. Furniture, mattresses, custom orders, floor models, and accessories are not returnable or exchangeable once purchased. Manufacturer defects are the exception in effect: defective merchandise is repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty, with Allure managing the claim on your behalf.

Why Final Sale

Two honest reasons. First, most of what we sell is made to order: a sofa built in your fabric or a sectional configured to your wall can't be restocked and resold as new. Second, as a curated independent showroom rather than a volume warehouse, we don't carry the margin padding that funds casual-return programs at mass retailers; you're not paying a hidden restocking subsidy inside every price. Final sale keeps pricing honest, and it obligates us to get your order right the first time.

Getting It Right Before You Buy

A final-sale policy only works if the store does its job before the sale. Here's what that looks like at Allure:

  • Try everything in person: the showroom is open every day, and every floor piece is meant to be sat on, opened, and tested
  • Complimentary design guidance: Design Center designers help confirm scale, layout, and material choices before you commit
  • Real material samples: fabric and leather libraries let you evaluate exactly what you're ordering
  • Measurement review: we help confirm the piece fits your room, and your doorways, before ordering
  • Written specifications: custom orders are reviewed and approved in writing so there are no surprises
  • Delivery inspection: every piece is inspected at white glove delivery, and issues are documented on the spot

Cancellations

Allure Furniture does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final.

Damage and Defects

Damage in transit and manufacturer defects are not return situations; they're service situations, and they're on us to fix. Inspect each piece at delivery and note any issue on the delivery receipt before the crew leaves. Then call us. Transit damage is resolved through the delivery partner, and defects are resolved through the manufacturer's warranty: repair, replacement parts, or replacement of the piece. Either way, you make one call and we run the process.

Accidents After Delivery

Accidents after delivery aren't covered by the return policy or the manufacturer warranty, which is exactly the gap Montage protection plans exist to fill. Plans must be added at the time of purchase, so decide before delivery, not after the first spill.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return furniture to Allure Furniture?

No. All sales at Allure Furniture are final, including furniture, mattresses, custom orders, and floor models. Manufacturer defects are handled through warranty repair or replacement, managed by Allure.

Can I exchange a piece for a different fabric or size?

No. Purchases can't be exchanged after sale, which is why material samples, design guidance, and measurement review happen before you order.

Can I cancel a custom order?

No. All sales at Allure Furniture are final, including furniture, mattresses, custom orders, and floor models.

What if the piece doesn't fit through my door?

Tell us your doorway, hallway, stair, and elevator dimensions before ordering and we'll verify the delivery path: this check is part of our process. Pieces that can't be delivered due to unreported access constraints remain the property of the buyer, so measure with us up front.
