Backed by the makers. Managed by us.

Every new piece sold at Allure Furniture carries its manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn't right, you make one call, to us, and we manage the claim from there.

What's Covered

New furniture and mattresses purchased at Allure Furniture are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for that brand and product. Coverage terms vary by maker, but manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

  • Frame and structural integrity
  • Suspension systems, springs, and cushion cores
  • Reclining and motion mechanisms
  • Manufacturing flaws in upholstery, leather, stitching, or finish
  • Hardware and moving components under normal use

Premium makers stand behind their construction with meaningful terms: several brands we carry offer limited lifetime coverage on frames and springs, with defined periods on cushions, mechanisms, and materials. Your sales associate reviews the exact warranty for any piece before you buy, and we provide the documentation with your order.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear, softening of cushions within normal ranges, and fabric pilling
  • Accidental damage: stains, rips, tears, burns, pet damage (a Montage protection plan covers many of these)
  • Fading or damage from sunlight, heat sources, or humidity extremes
  • Damage from improper cleaning products or methods
  • Commercial or rental use, unless the piece is rated for it
  • Floor models, clearance, and as-is items, which are sold without warranty

Mattress Warranties

Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, and MLily each provide multi-year manufacturer warranties covering defects such as excessive body impressions beyond stated thresholds, foam splitting, and coil or construction failures. Warranties require the mattress to be properly supported and free of stains, which is why we strongly recommend a mattress protector from day one. We review the specific warranty for your model at purchase.

Filing a Claim

1. Contact Allure First

Call (925) 951-6263 or use the contact form. You bought from us, and we own the process: there's no manufacturer phone tree to navigate alone.

2. Share the Details

Describe the issue and when it appeared, and send photos. Have your purchase information handy; if you can't find it, we can look it up.

3. We Manage the Claim

We document the issue, submit the claim to the manufacturer, and advocate for you through their process. Resolutions are determined by the manufacturer and typically involve repair, replacement parts, or replacement of the piece.

4. Resolution and Follow-Through

Once the manufacturer approves a resolution, we coordinate the service visit, parts delivery, or replacement, and we stay on it until it's done.

Beyond the Warranty

Allure Furniture does not add a separate store-level guarantee on top of manufacturer warranties, and does not currently offer a mattress comfort guarantee or sleep trial. What we add is accountability: a single local point of contact who manages every claim, and optional Montage protection plans that cover the accidents warranties never touch.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are furniture warranties?

Terms vary by brand and component: frames and springs often carry limited lifetime coverage from premium makers, while cushions, mechanisms, and fabrics carry defined periods. We review the exact terms for your piece before purchase.

Who do I call with a warranty issue?

Call Allure Furniture at (925) 951-6263. We file and manage the manufacturer claim on your behalf.

Are floor models covered?

No. Floor model, clearance, and as-is pieces are sold without warranty, which is reflected in their pricing and disclosed clearly at sale.

Is accidental damage covered under warranty?

No. Warranties cover manufacturing defects. Accidental stains, rips, tears, and pet damage are what Montage protection plans are for.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell the piece?

Most manufacturer warranties apply to the original purchaser only. Specific terms are in each brand's warranty documentation.
